We want you to love your PatellarCo band. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return
Contact us at thomasberhanu10@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
